Maintenance

You heating system is the engine that heats your house. And just like the engine in your car it needs regular maintenance to keep it running. Our Service Plans include more than the old fashioned cleaning. In addition to the cleaning of the heat exchanger, and replacement of the oil filter, nozzle, and screen, our maintenance techs perform a series of tests to ensure all the controls on your heating system are working properly and most importantly safely. The techs will also perform a combustion test to make sure your burner is running at maximum efficiency. A visual inspection of the near boiler piping or duct work clues the technician to any additional repairs or changes that may be required or any recommendations that may increase the systems overall efficiency.
